The Architect's hourly rates are as follows: $5000 initial payment, which is applied to the SD phase, Schematic Design (SD) phase at $300 per hour, Design Development (DD) phase at $250 per hour, Construction Documents (CD) & bidding-negotiations phase at $150 per hour, and Construction Administration (CA) phase at $200 per hour.     

Turnaround & delivery: Project timelines vary based on scope and jurisdiction. Deliverables are provided digitally. We'll establish a project schedule during our kickoff meeting.
